In the mid 1800s, Robert Mable purchased hundred of acres of land in the southeastern United States, and that area was, years later, named after him. A popular spot for concerts, festivals, and community events, Mable House is a historic home in Mableton. This old house is located on what was once a large plantation. An amphitheatre was recently built on the property, creating an ideal location for local events and concerts. Running through the city of Mableton, the Silver Comet Trail is a historic path that extends nearly a hundred kilometers (which comes out to just over sixty miles) across Georgia.
