At the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, Kareena served as an Early Childhood Education Teacher, facilitating a child-centered curriculum aligned with PA State Standards and fostering the holistic development of each child. Her experience also includes providing basic ASL instruction through ASL Mode On to bridge communication gaps. Kareena excels at building rapport and advocating for individuals, drawing from her background as a Care Manager for the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging and a Resident Services Coordinator for the Deaf at Elwyn Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, underpinning her comprehensive approach to supporting students and families.
