Contact guests who want to be in the audience of the live studio taping
Maintain and organize electronic profiles for each guest, over 4,000 total and 500 returning locals
Assist the team in preparing the physical giveaways such as books, gift cards, merchandise packages
During the show — complete check-in process, corral the 200 guests for each taping, 5 times a week
After the show — assist with handing out the various giveaways and exiting the guests in a safe and timely manner
