Pam is a dedicated and responsible professional with over two decades of extensive experience in youth program development and management. She holds an Early Childhood Associate credential and a Florida Child Care and Education Program Director Credential Level 2, qualifying her to lead and oversee educational programs for young learners.
For many years, Pam has served as the Executive Director of Youth Programs & Leisure Sports at the Jewish Community Center in Tampa, Florida. In this role, she has been instrumental in overseeing comprehensive activity programming for health and aquatic centers, after-school initiatives, and summer enrichment offerings. Pam is passionate about creating engaging environments where parents can trust that their child’s safety and developmental needs are met. She has developed and supervised staff responsible for the daily care, safety, education, and health of children during various programs, and brings over a decade of hands-on classroom experience in early childhood development, including preschool.
Her natural leadership, collaborative management style, and results-oriented approach enable her to foster positive relationships within the community. Pam’s expertise ensures high-quality program delivery, focusing on the holistic growth and well-being of every child.

Education & Certifications

Pam holds an Early Childhood Associate credential from the Hillsborough County Public Schools Division of Supportive Services – Early Childhood Learning Programs, and a Florida Child Care and Education Program Director Credential Level 2 Certificate from the Florida Department of Children and Families Child Care Services. She is also certified as a Lifeguard (First Aid, CPR, AED) and Water Safety Instructor by the American Red Cross.
