Of course the big holiday season would not be complete without the big man himself. Santa’s arrival on December 1st is one of the most important days in Acworth. Residents gather in the street to greet the man of the season. Cheer and cocoa is spread all around. For the rest of the season Santa himself can be found at the local depot. Classic horse drawn carriages will complete your day when touring the snow covered streets. Not a tree in sight will go without an ornament or candy cane added to its branch.
