It wasn’t until fifty years later that the area that is now Cinco Ranch was purchased for the construction of a “master-planned” community.

Cinco Ranch is a spirited, Texas town that encourages a close-knit, community feel. A favorite during the hot and humid summer months, The Lake House Pool features water slides, a splash pad, and covered poolside lounge areas. Hosting a number of events throughout the year, The Lake House Pool is known for its Dive-In Movie nights during the summer months, where you can enjoy fun by the pool while watching a family-friendly movie.

Another local favorite in Cinco Ranch is the Beach Club. You may be scratching your head, wondering how Cinco Ranch could have beach access, as it is not located along the Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Club is located along the shore of South Lake, providing a faux beachside feel, with a gorgeous, crystal clear pool that runs right up to the Lake’s edge. You can take full advantage of all of South Lake’s amenities, too, and go for a boat ride, or even rent out a paddleboat for a fun afternoon of adventure. A fun place for the whole family, the Beach Club is a local destination that brings in guests from surrounding cities as well.
