Pirate Day: Shoppers dress in pirate garb (optional, but fun!) and use a treasure map to find “pirate booty” at each “port.” The Pirates of Treasure Island might even pay a visit! Vittles are available for hungry shoppers.
Farmers’ Market: Vendors turn out every Friday afternoon from June through September to sell locally grown produce, homemade baked goods, fresh eggs, cut flowers, honey, coffee, loose-leaf tea, jams, and handmade candles and jewelry.
