Another popular spot is the Founders Park Splash Pad, which swarms with children during the hot, humid days of summer.

If you’re looking for a place to take fitness classes in Aventura, or that new dance program you’ve always wondered about, the Community Recreation Center at Arthur I. Snyder Park is the place to go. Not only does the Community Recreation Center in Aventura offers a wide variety of fitness related classes, but it also offers a number of arts and crafts programs, open to all ages, interests, and skill levels. Join the Community Recreation Center, and your membership includes all of these wonderful amenities, as well as access to the gym, basketball court, and fitness center.

If you’re just stopping through Aventura, be sure to stop by the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center while you’re here. It’s a great place to catch a show, and learn a little about the local community here in southern Florida. If you live here, you’ll have access to a number of community programs that the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center puts on, like Theater Camp, Talent Shows, and Dance Festivals. A number of camp programs are open and available to students of different ages, and it’s a great way to get your kids involved in the community.
